#Personal – Meet my kitty Gurt

kitty cat

Meet the newest addition to my family: little Gurt, the brown tabby kitten. These past two weeks I haven’t posted a #personal post, so I have a lot to show you all in this one. For example how we introduced tiny Gurt to our residential cat Zuzu, made onion soup from scratch and how I worked like crazy on my journalism work, school and blog. #Personal – back to school

#personal The Beauty Suitcase Quite a dramatic change from my previous diary post title. That’s right, no more partying in the USA, I’m back in school *unfortunately*. Lately I’ve found myself not enjoying journalism school as much as I used to. The class is fun, the teachers are great and the subject is Magazines, which is something I’m very fond of, but for some reason I’m just not having it. I just feel that, thanks to my freelance work, I know the ins and outs of journalism. USA flag and stop sign Our busy everyday lives in the Netherlands have started again. Look with me at my USA holiday pictures and find out who was the biggest ‘shopaholic’ between me and my boyfriend Chris this trip!

#Personal – Party in the USA

Party in the USA Here’s my #personal post of my first week in the USA, a bit late but better late then never right? My boyfriend Chris is American, so twice a year we go back to his home town in Wisconsin. The past weekend we were in his dad’s cabin up north in Wisconsin were they don’t have internet, therefore I couldn’t post this until now. I can’t believe more than a week has passed already we’ve had so much fun and done a lot of typical ‘American’ stuff. Will you look with me at my week of ‘tailgating’, ‘theme park towns’ and ‘brat’s’?

#Personal – Road trip to Germany

Ansbach castle. Road tripping! I love it! That is if I don’t have to drive… Chris and I drove to Germany this past week to visit his friend and his little family. Except for the driving part we had an amazing time. Visiting castles, taking pictures in medieval towns and just chilling around at the American army base in Ansbach. And did you guys know? Chris became a private!
