Rosewholesale – my latest Asian-fasion web shop discovery!

Rosewholesale collage

Most of my fashion inspiration comes from Asia. I love reading Cheeserland.com – a blog written by a Malaysian girl about Japan and Japanese fashion – and while in Korea – one of the best Asian countries to shop – you could find me browsing the little boutique’s of Seoul almost daily. You can only imagine how excited I was when I found out about a -for me new – web shop with super affordable Asian fashion called Rosewholesale. Today I want to share with you some of the items I got from them and a few that I’m eyeing!

A little while ago Rosewholesale send me this awesome cardigan (± $13) – that I forgot in The Netherlands when leaving for the USA, but definitely will feature in an outfit post when I get back in June – and matching necklace. I’m really bummed that I didn’t bring the cardigan because it’s super warm and two days ago it was still snowing here in Wisconsin…

I’m sorry for the bad quality picture. All my batteries for my professional camera died before I found out that I left part of the battery charger at home. So this is taken with my phone. I’m normally not THIS forgetful, but my temporary move to the USA (three months) was kind of rushed as I was only able to book my flight two days beforehand. It wasn’t sure if I would be able to go at all until that point. Ok enough about me on to cute spring items! I’ve been on the look-out for new bags lately so I’ll be sharing some of my top-favorites from Rosewholesale with you.

I’m especially in love with colorful (pastel) totes this spring! To my regret I have to admit that I own zero tote bags. The orange brown bag would be perfect to wear on Kingsday in The Netherland. Every year on the holiday of the monarch us Dutchies go all out by dressing ourselves and the entire country in orange (which is the last name of the monarchy) and party all day on the streets. There is music, street vendors, people selling there own stuff (this was my thing when I was younger) and so on! The greenish teal bag is $14.49 and the orange brown bag is $15.91

Rosewholesale nude bag

Even though I’m eyeing colorful bags I really need a basic colored one.  Usually I roll my eyeballs when someone says they NEED a certain clothing or accessory item, because let’s be fair most of us girls already have A LOT. However, in this case a nude colored bag would come in handy for my work as a freelance journalist. I’m already blond and young so showing up to interviews with a barbie pink bag like I do nowadays doesn’t really help with people taking me serious. The nude tote costs $13.06

What I like most about Rosewholesale are their prices. I honestly, and this is not because they send me stuff, get positively shocked every time I click on something and see the price. It’s so cheap! And the best, and maybe worst for some people, is that I’ve seen a lot of the items Rosewholesale carries on other sites for much more money! The yellow clutch above costs only $8,58!

I hope this post got you in the spring mood, especially if you’re living in a cold environment like I currently am!

With Love,

Elise Mooijman
